MCA man brings 350 along with him into PKRPosted: June 26, 2008
GEORGE TOWN: Controversial politician Lim Boo Chang has officially joined Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), together with 350 of his supporters.
Lim, who crossed over from Gerakan to the MCA eight years ago, said their applications had been accepted by party de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Tuesday.

It’s funny to note how when an ex-PKR man (read=Ezam) joins UMNO, he made headlines, not for one day, but for several days. And that even though Ezam had already quit PKR long before joining UMNO.
Now here we have an ex-MCA man joining PKR. And what do we get? Snippets.
I guess it’s not that big of a news that someone from the present government decided to join the opposition. And I guess it’s not big news too that he brought along 350 new members into PKR. No mention anywhere whether these 350 people are ex-MCA members or not.
Nice going. I can safely say that journalists nowadays have mastered the art of being subtlely biased in the way they present news.
